Dynamic Communication™ Workshop
Dynamic Communication was designed to help people win and achieve a greater degree of success in life and work. This workshop will open your eyes to a new way of viewing yourself and others and will allow you to discover how to communicate more effectively based on the DISC behavioral model.
Specifically, the Dynamic Communication seminar will help you:
- Understand the benefits of applying a behavioral communication model.
- Understand your own behavioral design.
- Recognize, understand and appreciate others’ behavioral designs.
- Adapt your behaviors for enhanced communication, understanding and relationships.
- Identify behavioral styles by observing tone of voice, words, body language and pace.
This workshop is approved by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
Your Attitude is Showing Workshop
Your Attitude Is Showing was designed to help people communicate better and sell more effectively. This workshop will focus on helping you clearly see how you view the world and understand how to look at the world through someone else’s eyes. This understanding will allow you to discover how to improve communication based on the theory of values and attitudes.
Specifically, the Your Attitude Is Showing seminar will help you:
- Know which attitudes drive your life, actions and decisions.
- Understand each attitude and the interaction of each.
- Recognize the driving forces in others’ lives.
- Understand others’ viewpoints and be able to dialogue convincingly by seeing the world through their eyes.
This workshop is approved by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
Kolbe TeamSuccess® Seminar
The Kolbe TeamSuccess® Seminar is a full or half-day customized program designed to introduce organizations or workgroups to key Kolbe concepts and strengths-based strategies for improving performance. Each session provides a complete inventory and analysis of individual instinctive strengths. Participants learn how their natural abilities align with their personal expectations for performance as well as with their supervisors’ requirements for success.
