Meet Carol Moser
Carol Moser has approximately 25 years of financial services industry experience, focusing on development in the areas of private wealth management, sales, and sales management.

Most recently she was employed by a Fortune 100 recognized company where she created, developed and managed a highly successful financial advisor teams program.
She has trained and coached hundreds of financial advisors during the various stages of initial team formation, compensation negotiation, role and responsibility identification, intra-team dynamics, new business development, succession planning, sales, and practice management.
Carol’s vast experience has also included development and administration of firm-wide continuing education programs, creation and delivery of branch manager training, coaching of branch managers, and program design, training, management and coaching of new financial advisors.
She is an experienced facilitator, having conducted numerous training programs including High Performance Selling Skills, Integrity Selling™, the SIA's Professional Conduct Program, the GO! System for organization and her own Team Business Plan Development Program. Carol is a certified Get Clients Now!™ facilitator and coach.
Carol holds numerous certifications including Certified Professional Behaviors Analyst, Certified Professional Values Analyst, and the TriMetrix System. She is a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant and a certified GO! System facilitator. She has held Series 7, 63 and 9-10 licenses.
Carol received her Bachelor of Science degree in communication in 1997 from Carroll College, and she is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
